1.1. These rules (hereinafter – the Rules) have been drawn up to ensure the rights of you (hereinafter – the Buyer) and of the online store www.spalvujura.lt (hereinafter – the Store), and to set out the obligations and liability of both parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the Store.
1.2. The Rules apply when the Buyer uses the online Store in any way or form: browses the range of goods offered in the Store, places an order for goods, provides personal or other data, pays for ordered goods, accepts goods, reads and comments on information in the Store and/or performs any other actions related to the use of the online Store and the offers made in it by the Seller.
1.3. Before starting to use the online Store and the offers made in it by the Seller, the Buyer must carefully read and familiarise themselves with these Rules. By purchasing goods in the online Store, the Buyer confirms that they agree to the application of these Rules.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Rules at any time and to publish them on the website of the online Store. Amendments take effect from the moment of publication and apply to all transactions concluded after publication.

2.1. The characteristics of each item for sale are stated in the description provided next to the relevant item in the online Store. The Seller is not liable if the colour, shape or other parameters of goods shown in the online Store do not correspond to the actual colour, shape or other parameters of the goods because of the characteristics and/or settings of the display used by the Buyer.
2.2. The price of each item for sale is given in euros and is stated next to the relevant item in the online Store, in the order created by the Buyer and in the e-mail notification of receipt of the order sent by the Seller to the Buyer. The Seller undertakes to sell the goods at the prices valid at the moment the Buyer submits the order to the Seller.

4.6. When the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, they are handed over to the Buyer or to any other person present at the address specified by the Buyer. The Buyer confirms their understanding that any person present at the delivery address specified by the Buyer (hereinafter – the Buyer's representative) will be considered a proper person to accept the goods.
4.7. Upon delivery of the goods, the Buyer (the Buyer's representative) must, together with the Seller or the Courier who delivered the goods (as the case may be), check the condition of the parcel (whether the packaging of the parcel is crumpled, wet, torn or otherwise externally damaged), as well as the range, quantity and quality of the goods. Having noticed damage to the external appearance of the parcel and/or the goods, or discrepancies in the range and/or quantity of goods, the Buyer (the Buyer's representative) must note this in the delivery confirmation provided by the Seller or the Courier (VAT invoice, consignment note or other similar document) and draw up, and sign together with the Seller or the Courier, a free-form report on the damage/discrepancies of the parcel and/or goods.
